The property is located within the Holiday Complex “PITHOS“, situated on the hillside of Pithos, between Kalafatis and Lia, on the south coast of Mykonos, well protected from the northern winds and with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Naxos and Paros.
The complex comprises of two separate blocks, the southern and northern, consisting of 7 two-story or three-story dwellings each. Every house is unique. There are four types of houses, each with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The size of each house is between 90 m2 and 150 m2.

The way of construction is traditional with brick masonry, plaster, wooden windows, a local stone of the area, stone-built terraces, fencing, staircases, and chestnut wood pergolas. These materials and the way of construction lead to a form-like result very close to the traditional examples.
In addition, a septic treatment plant is provided for the reuse of wastewater, recovered through a clean waste distribution system, for watering the gardens.
In the open space, on the northern side of each villa, independent planted courtyards are organized for each residence, with access from the parking lot.
