MYKONOS Agios Ioannis, Ornos, Costa Ilios Resort, Maisonette 85 sq.m., constructed in 1998, renovated in 2010, it is a frontage and dual aspect house, 3 bedrooms (1 master), 2 bathrooms, fully furnished and equipped, air-condition units in all areas, big garden, swimming pool, is situated in beautiful complex of studios and houses “Costa Ilios” in Ornos Mykonos, a few minutes from Mykonos Port.  The complex has its own swimming pool and a wonderful sandy beach where you can have a swim before visiting the well-known beaches of Mykonos! For those who like to walk, Ornos is only 20 minutes away from Mykonos center, which makes it easy to reach even on foot. The nightlife is very close as well as a mini-market and other shops.

The house is less 10 minutes drive from the city and a maximum of 30minutes from every beach of the island.
Costa ilios is a wonder and quiet private resort, with a huge pool and a private beach dedicated to the tenants of the resort.

In front of the house, we have a great patio, with a huge couch that is great for late-night talks and all-day relaxing.
The whole place is very bright and you can enjoy a very nice breeze throughout the day.
Even in the hottest days of the summer people hardly ever use air-conditioning (although available in every room)

The house has three bedrooms, bedroom #1 with a queen-sized bed, bedroom #2 with two single beds and bedroom #3 with two bunk beds, one on top of the other. The living room has a very big sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable single bed. All rooms have Airconditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sink/fridge/stove/oven/dishwasher etc.
It also has a washing machine for clothes and a special area In the small backyard where you can dry your laundry.

Costa Ilios is a great resort, with many small houses. It features a very large swimming pool, a basketball court, a tennis court, big open parking, a great sandy beach, a taverna (restaurant) that serves Greek cuisine, a mini-market, and a swimming pool bar.

No 1 . It is a safe place to be. Kids play all over ( it is like a luxurious village with 200 houses ! ) and you do not worry as we do in other places.

No 2. It has a private secluded calm quiet beach. When all over Mykonos there are great winds, in Costa Ilios private beach is always quiet & calm.

No 3. Strategically located to visit the rest of the island – very easy to get to Mykonos town and other beaches.

No 4. Large seawater pool + bar + taverna + minimarket, make it VERY difficult to leave the resort.!!
