This wonderful, luxury house is located in a seaside village called “Maistrali”, at cape Sounio in Attica, near Athens, Greece.

The house has 3 levels and a total area of 420 m².
• At the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a reception area, a kitchen, a storage room and a WC.
• On the second floor there is a playroom with a pool table and a fireplace, a master guest house(with its own bathroom, built in bed, lounge and balcony), another bathroom and two bedrooms with their own balconies.
• On the third floor there is a master bedroom with a fireplace (fully equipped bathroom with two sinks, a shower with a whirlpool douche and a large corner spa bath), a dressing room, a study room, a laundry room with water supplies and sanitation and a gym.
All floors are connected by an internal staircase and paneled elevator.

A big BBQ autonomous room is located at the backyard. It is fully equipped with several BBQ and cooking equipment like a rotisserie, a wood oven, many cabinets, a gas oven, a big preparation bench, a microwave oven, a fridge etc.

Parking

There is a big parking space corridor at the main entrance where there is enough space for at least 3 big cars. The parking space is covered on the top in order keep the cars protected from the sun, the leaves and the rain. It is located at the back side of the house. The end of it leads to the back yard and the other edge, to the side and front yard.

Elevator

The elevator booth shown on the photographs is big enough for two persons and takes you from the first floor (living room) to the second floor (play room) or the third floor (corridor outside the master bedroom)

Ground Floor

Living Room

The large living room is coated with stone. It has a big fireplace in the center, a TV set construction on the left and a wall built couch on the right. The ceiling is specially constructed with hidden lights and other figures. It is located on the ground floor and has a great view to the pool at the front yard.

Dinining Room

The dining room is located on the ground floor, on a higher level than the rest of the room. The kitchen is on the right and the living room on the left, while it also has a marvelous view to the front yard and the pool.

Kitchen

This modern, fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor, next to the dining room and has an exit door to the back yard. A big, brand new, 3-door fridge (LG) is in it, along with an oven (Miele), a big coffee machine (Miele), a dishwasher (Miele), a big hood (Pyramis), a cooker (Miele), high quality kitchen furniture and kitchen equipment. The wall is coated with black granite from north Europe.

Second Bedroom

It has its own big bathroom with a bathtub, a double bed, its own television and a living room with a comfortable couch with a great view to the Aegean sea, either from inside the guest room or from the outside, on its private balcony to the front side of the house.

Playroom

The playroom located on the second floor is a wonderful room that offers entertainment and relaxation hours to the residents. The guest house and the two bedrooms are accessible from the playroom. A big pool table is in the middle of the room, next to the big stone fireplace. The playroom has a big window with a great view to the Aegean sea.

Third Floor

The master bedroom is one of the most unique and coziest rooms of the house. It has a big window with a great view to the Aegean sea, seen from the max size double bed. It also has two big balconies at the two front corners, both with a view to the sea. A warm fireplace is also located in it. More than that, it also has a big closet and a private bathroom. The bathroom has many store cabinets, two washbasins, a big round whirlpool bath and a whirlpool douche.

Study Room

A really cozy private place is on the upper third floor. It has a small bookcase, a nice window with great view and low seats. It is a perfect spot for anyone who wishes to have some silent time, away from the others to read a book, a magazine, talk, browse, chat, study etc.

Gym

The gym is located on the third floor, next to the master bedroom. It has a big corner balcony with a great view to the Aegean sea. The room can be used either as a gym, or a fourth bedroom or an office, according to the owner’s needs.
